May also try cleaning up the registry. Always make a backup copy before you do this. Most good registry cleaners will prompt this. I usually use CCleaner for this.

I use a GTX 460, and if my memory serves, the 560 is just the next gen of that card. Those have had a great price for the performance they yield. Always one of the better cards to recommend for someone on a budget. Just understand you won't be able to max out everything on grapically intense...
